RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns at the moment.

IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

 

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive. EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within the EU you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order. When importing items to outside of Germany, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
